In the summer of 2014, Flemingdon Health Centre and Toronto North LIP staff initiated the Flemingdon and Thorncliffe Food Security Network to bring together community agencies and leaders working on food projects in the community to discuss existing food security gaps and assets. This document is the result of their work.
