TNLIP is starting a new advisory group focused on effectively launching and promoting our NewTO app as well as keeping updated with the use of technology in the settlement sector. This new Technology Advisory Group at TNLIP will focus on:
- Ensuring the NewTO app is successful and has plenty of users
- Reviewing the app feedback received
- Ensuring the app is effective in helping newcomers to access services
- Launching the app
- Determining success tracking metrics
- Advising on new features
The NewTO and Tech group consists of 17 members and held its first meeting on March 7, 2024. See the minutes below.
