
Srna Stambuk—TNLIP Manager
Si Srna Stambuk ay sumali sa TNLIP team noong Oktubre 2022 bilang Coordinator of Employment and Labor Market Workgroup at bilang Manager noong Agosto 2023. Si Srna ay isang beterano ng mga serbisyo sa pagtatrabaho sa Toronto na may 20-taong kasaysayan ng pagsuporta sa mga bagong dating at internasyonal na sinanay na mga propesyonal upang muling ilunsad ang kanilang karera sa Canada. Si Srna ay isang masigasig na tagapagtaguyod para sa tagumpay sa pagtatrabaho ng mga bagong dating at nagdadala sa kanya ng maraming kaalaman at karanasan sa pagtatrabaho sa iba't ibang stakeholder sa isang malawak na hanay ng mga programa - mula sa pre-employment hanggang sa mga programang pang-bridging. Si Srna ay nagdadala ng malaking larawan sa kanyang trabaho at palaging naghahanap upang maunawaan ang mga ugat na sanhi at koneksyon sa mga isyung nakakaapekto sa bagong dating na trabaho.

Isabella Yan—Coordinator, Settlement and Language
Si Isabella Yan ay kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho bilang Settlement & Language Workgroup Coordinator ng Toronto North Local Immigration Partnership (TNLIP) na nasa Working Women Community Center (WWCC). Kasama niya ang TNLIP at WWCC mula noong Agosto 2018. Bago siya sumali sa TNLIP, sinusuportahan at pinapadali niya ang pagsasama ng mga bagong dating sa pamamagitan ng iba't ibang programa ng mga bagong dating tulad ng ISAP, SWIS, JSW, New Horizons, CC at higit pa sa mga newcomer settlement organization sa GTA. Siya ay nakaraang Co-Chair ng Fairview Interagency Network (FIN). Bilang isang imigrante na babae na may sampung taon na naunang karanasan sa pagtatrabaho sa post-secondary na institusyon mula sa Beijing China, siya ay labis na masigasig sa kanyang trabaho sa sektor ng serbisyong pantao, partikular na ang pagbibigay-kapangyarihan sa mga imigrante at pagpapaunlad ng komunidad. Hawak niya ang M.Ed. sa Pang-adultong Edukasyon at Pag-unlad ng Komunidad mula sa Unibersidad ng Toronto.

Farnoosh Saneei—Coordinator, Employment & Labour Market
Farnoosh is the Coordinator for Employment & Labour Market Work Group for NET LIP at JVS Toronto. As a newcomer herself, she came to Canada to pursue her second Master’s degree, specializing in research, needs assessment, and curriculum development. Since the beginning of her journey in Canada, she has been committed to working with newcomers, and for nearly a decade, she has supported immigrant communities through a wide range of programs, from pre-employment and mentorship initiatives to sector-specific bridging programs. Farnoosh is deeply passionate about advocating for newcomers and ensuring their voices are heard. She brings a strong commitment to equity, collaboration, and meaningful stakeholder engagement in all her work.

Sahar Sayedy—Coordinator, Healthy & Wellbeing
Sahar is a dedicated public health professional with a strong background in community collaboration, program management, and equity-focused initiatives across global and Canadian settings. A Fulbright Scholar with a Master’s in Community Health Promotion, she has contributed to impactful projects with the World Health Organization and the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC). At IEC-BC, Sahar led national efforts to engage employers in newcomer integration, built evaluation frameworks for inclusion programs, and forged cross-sector partnerships. Her work consistently supported data-driven, community-informed solutions. Previously at WHO, she managed national disease surveillance systems, trained frontline health workers, and authored evidence-based policy reports. Sahar is passionate about advancing health equity through culturally responsive, community-centered approaches—grounded in research, evaluation, and systems thinking.

Sweta Thakur—Coordinator, Research & Communications
Sweta Thakur is the Research & Communications Coordinator with the NET LIP. Before joining TNLIP, Sweta worked with the United Way of Greater Toronto and the Peel Newcomer Strategy Group (PNSG) to drive research, policy analysis, and knowledge mobilization for newcomer communities across the Peel region. Sweta brings a wealth of experience as a Strategic Research Consultant, having worked with McKinsey & Company, Fortune 500 companies, and over 35 startup founders worldwide. With a Master Degree in Research for Policy and Evaluation from Western University, Sweta is on a mission to leverage her two decades of expertise in research, communication through storytelling, and advocacy to amplify voices, shape policies, and ignite meaningful change where it matters most. In her free time, Sweta enjoys connecting with newcomer communities and settlers, finding inspiration in their stories, experiences, and shared hopes for a more inclusive future.

Isobel Goddard—Coordinator, Community Engagement
Isobel Goddard is the Community Engagement Coordinator for the North East Toronto Local Immigration Partnership (NET LIP), joining through our newest consortium partner, Catholic Crosscultural Services. Isobel is a strategic leader with a deep commitment to community impact, health equity, and collaborative problem solving. Prior to this, Isobel led the Toronto East Quadrant LIP (TEQ LIP) through several key accomplishments, including strengthening data-informed decision-making and embedding GBA+ principles into planning and evaluation. She also has previous experience as the TEQ LIP’s Health & Wellbeing Action Group, advancing inclusion for LGBTQ+ newcomers and racialized communities. In her experience as the lead for the Scarborough Newcomer Settlement Collective (SNSC), Isobel co-designed a participatory governance model with and for both service providers and newcomer communities. Isobel brings people together to navigate complex challenges and co-create long-term, equity-focused solutions through collaboration, strategy, and systems thinking.
