This survey was carried out from Dec 2015 to Oct 2016 to determine the service needs of communities in Toronto North. The survey questionnaires were self-administered during different community events at five different locations: Bathurst Finch, Fairview, Flemingdon Park, Thorncliffe Park and Willowdale.
