Isabella Yan은 현재 WWCC(Working Women Community Center)에 위치한 토론토 북부 지역 이민 파트너십(TNLIP)의 정착 및 언어 작업 그룹 코디네이터로 일하고 있습니다. 그녀는 2018년 8월부터 TNLIP 및 WWCC와 함께했습니다. 파누시 사네이 - 고용 및 노동 시장, 코디네이터
파누쉬는 JVS 토론토의 TNLIP 고용 및 노동 시장 작업 그룹 코디네이터입니다. 이민자 출신인 그녀는 연구, 요구 사항 평가, 커리큘럼 개발을 전문으로 하는 두 번째 석사 학위를 취득하기 위해 캐나다로 왔습니다. 캐나다에서의 여정을 시작한 이래로 그녀는 새 이민자들과 함께 일하기 위해 노력해 왔으며, 거의 10년 동안 취업 전 멘토링 이니셔티브부터 분야별 가교 프로그램에 이르기까지 다양한 프로그램을 통해 이민자 커뮤니티를 지원해 왔습니다. 파누쉬는 새 이민자들을 옹호하고 그들의 목소리를 대변하는 데 깊은 열정을 가지고 있습니다. 그녀는 모든 업무에서 형평성, 협업, 의미 있는 이해관계자 참여에 대한 강한 의지를 가지고 있습니다.

Sahar Sayedy—Coordinator, Healthy & Wellbeing
Sahar is a dedicated public health professional with a strong background in community collaboration, program management, and equity-focused initiatives across global and Canadian settings. A Fulbright Scholar with a Master’s in Community Health Promotion, she has contributed to impactful projects with the World Health Organization and the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC). At IEC-BC, Sahar led national efforts to engage employers in newcomer integration, built evaluation frameworks for inclusion programs, and forged cross-sector partnerships. Her work consistently supported data-driven, community-informed solutions. Previously at WHO, she managed national disease surveillance systems, trained frontline health workers, and authored evidence-based policy reports. Sahar is passionate about advancing health equity through culturally responsive, community-centered approaches—grounded in research, evaluation, and systems thinking.

스웨타 타쿠르는 TNLIP의 연구 및 커뮤니케이션 코디네이터입니다. TNLIP에 합류하기 전에는 광역토론토 유나이티드 웨이 및 필 뉴커머 전략 그룹(PNSG)에서 근무하며 필 지역의 뉴커머 커뮤니티를 위한 연구, 정책 분석 및 지식 동원을 추진했습니다. 스웨타는 전략 리서치 컨설턴트로서 풍부한 경험을 바탕으로 McKinsey & Company, Fortune 500대 기업, 전 세계 35개 이상의 스타트업 창업자들과 함께 일했습니다. 웨스턴 대학교에서 정책 및 평가 연구 석사 학위를 받은 Sweta는 20년간 쌓아온 연구, 스토리텔링을 통한 커뮤니케이션, 옹호 분야의 전문성을 활용하여 목소리를 높이고 정책을 형성하며 가장 중요한 곳에 의미 있는 변화를 불러일으키는 임무를 수행하고 있습니다. 여가 시간에는 새 이민자 커뮤니티 및 정착민들과 소통하며 그들의 이야기와 경험에서 영감을 얻고 보다 포용적인 미래에 대한 희망을 공유하는 것을 즐깁니다.

이사벨 고다드-코디네이터, 커뮤니티 참여
Isobel Goddard is the Community Engagement Coordinator for the North East Toronto Local Immigration Partnership (NET LIP), joining through our newest consortium partner, Catholic Crosscultural Services. Isobel is a strategic leader with a deep commitment to community impact, health equity, and collaborative problem solving. Prior to this, Isobel led the Toronto East Quadrant LIP (TEQ LIP) through several key accomplishments, including strengthening data-informed decision-making and embedding GBA+ principles into planning and evaluation. She also has previous experience as the TEQ LIP’s Health & Wellbeing Action Group, advancing inclusion for LGBTQ+ newcomers and racialized communities. In her experience as the lead for the Scarborough Newcomer Settlement Collective (SNSC), Isobel co-designed a participatory governance model with and for both service providers and newcomer communities. Isobel brings people together to navigate complex challenges and co-create long-term, equity-focused solutions through collaboration, strategy, and systems thinking.
