Srna Stambuk-NET LIP Manager
Srna Stambuk è entrata a far parte del team TNLIP nell'ottobre 2022 come coordinatrice del gruppo di lavoro per l'occupazione e il mercato del lavoro e come manager nell'agosto 2023. Srna è una veterana dei servizi per l'impiego a Toronto con 20 anni di storia nel supportare i nuovi arrivati e professionisti formati a livello internazionale per rilanciare il loro carriere in Canada. Srna è un'appassionata sostenitrice del successo occupazionale dei nuovi arrivati e porta con sé un patrimonio di conoscenze ed esperienze lavorando con una varietà di parti interessate in un'ampia gamma di programmi, dalla pre-assunzione ai programmi ponte. Srna apporta al suo lavoro una visione d'insieme ed è sempre alla ricerca di comprendere le cause profonde e le connessioni tra le questioni che riguardano l'occupazione dei nuovi arrivati.

Isabella Yan-Coordinatore, Insediamento e Lingua
Isabella Yan attualmente lavora come coordinatrice del gruppo di lavoro sull'insediamento e sulla lingua del Toronto North Local Immigration Partnership (TNLIP) ospitato presso il Working Women Community Center (WWCC). Fa parte di TNLIP e WWCC dall'agosto 2018. Prima di unirsi a TNLIP, ha supportato e facilitato l'integrazione dei nuovi arrivati attraverso vari programmi per i nuovi arrivati come ISAP, SWIS, JSW, New Horizons, CC e altri presso le organizzazioni di insediamento dei nuovi arrivati in GTA. È stata co-presidente del Fairview Interagency Network (FIN). Essendo una donna immigrata con dieci anni di esperienza lavorativa precedente nell'istituto post-secondario di Pechino, Cina, è molto appassionata del suo lavoro nel settore dei servizi umani, in particolare dell'empowerment degli immigrati e dello sviluppo della comunità. Ha conseguito il titolo di M.Ed. in Educazione degli adulti e sviluppo comunitario presso l'Università di Toronto.

Farnoosh Saneei-Coordinatore, Occupazione e mercato del lavoro
Farnoosh Saneei is the Coordinator for the Employment & Labour Market Work Group at the North East Toronto Local Immigration Partnership (NET LIP). Drawing on her lived experience as a newcomer, she brings a deep understanding of the systemic and individual barriers newcomers face in accessing meaningful employment. Farnoosh holds a Master’s degree with a focus on research, needs assessment, and curriculum development. As a former Fulbright Program scholar and Cultural Ambassador, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to cross-cultural engagement and knowledge exchange. With nearly a decade of experience supporting immigrant communities, Farnoosh has worked across a range of initiatives, including pre-employment programming, mentorship, and sector-specific bridging programs. Her work is grounded in equity, collaboration, and building effective partnerships across sectors to improve employment outcomes for newcomers. Farnoosh is passionate about amplifying newcomer voices and advancing inclusive, responsive systems that create real pathways to meaningful employment.

Sahar Sayedy—Coordinator, Health & Wellbeing
Sahar is a dedicated public health professional with a strong background in community collaboration, program management, and equity-focused initiatives across global and Canadian settings. A Fulbright Scholar with a Master’s in Community Health Promotion, she has contributed to impactful projects with the World Health Organization and the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC). At IEC-BC, Sahar led national efforts to engage employers in newcomer integration, built evaluation frameworks for inclusion programs, and forged cross-sector partnerships. Her work consistently supported data-driven, community-informed solutions. Previously at WHO, she managed national disease surveillance systems, trained frontline health workers, and authored evidence-based policy reports. Sahar is passionate about advancing health equity through culturally responsive, community-centered approaches—grounded in research, evaluation, and systems thinking.

Isobel Goddard-Coordinatore, Coinvolgimento della comunità
Isobel Goddard is the Community Engagement Coordinator for the North East Toronto Local Immigration Partnership (NET LIP), joining through our newest consortium partner, Catholic Crosscultural Services. Isobel is a strategic leader with a deep commitment to community impact, health equity, and collaborative problem solving. Prior to this, Isobel led the Toronto East Quadrant LIP (TEQ LIP) through several key accomplishments, including strengthening data-informed decision-making and embedding GBA+ principles into planning and evaluation. She also has previous experience as the TEQ LIP’s Health & Wellbeing Action Group, advancing inclusion for LGBTQ+ newcomers and racialized communities. In her experience as the lead for the Scarborough Newcomer Settlement Collective (SNSC), Isobel co-designed a participatory governance model with and for both service providers and newcomer communities. Isobel brings people together to navigate complex challenges and co-create long-term, equity-focused solutions through collaboration, strategy, and systems thinking.
