Youth & Seniors

Strengthen youth support systems and improve service coordination; and reduce senior isolation through service awareness, navigation, and community connections

Language Community of Practice

Improve service coordination and accurate client pathways; strengthen outreach, awareness & access to language programs; sector advocacy and collaboration

Francophone-Anglophone Service Coordination

Increase awareness and visibility of Francophone services; strengthen referral pathways and service coordination between Anglophone and Francophone providers; and build relationships, partnerships, and French-language service capacity across the sector

Settlement Staff Capacity, Skills, and Knowledge

Strengthen sector-wide professional development and training systems; build staff capacity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across organizations; and address workforce sustainability, funding advocacy, and staff retention
