Srna Stambuk—NET LIP Manager

Srna Stambuk a rejoint l'équipe du TNLIP en octobre 2022 en tant que coordonnatrice du groupe de travail sur l'emploi et le marché du travail et en tant que gestionnaire en août 2023. Srna est une vétéran des services d'emploi à Toronto avec 20 ans d'expérience dans le soutien aux nouveaux arrivants et aux professionnels formés à l'étranger pour relancer leur carrières au Canada. Srna est une ardente défenseure de la réussite professionnelle des nouveaux arrivants et apporte avec elle une richesse de connaissances et d’expériences de travail avec une variété d’intervenants dans un large éventail de programmes – du pré-emploi aux programmes de transition. Srna apporte une vision globale à son travail et cherche toujours à comprendre les causes profondes et les liens entre les problèmes affectant l’emploi des nouveaux arrivants.

Farnoosh Saneei-Coordinateur, Emploi et marché du travail

Farnoosh Saneei is the Coordinator for the Employment & Labour Market Work Group at the North East Toronto Local Immigration Partnership (NET LIP). Drawing on her lived experience as a newcomer, she brings a deep understanding of the systemic and individual barriers newcomers face in accessing meaningful employment. Farnoosh holds a Master’s degree with a focus on research, needs assessment, and curriculum development. As a former Fulbright Program scholar and Cultural Ambassador, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to cross-cultural engagement and knowledge exchange. With nearly a decade of experience supporting immigrant communities, Farnoosh has worked across a range of initiatives, including pre-employment programming, mentorship, and sector-specific bridging programs. Her work is grounded in equity, collaboration, and building effective partnerships across sectors to improve employment outcomes for newcomers. Farnoosh is passionate about amplifying newcomer voices and advancing inclusive, responsive systems that create real pathways to meaningful employment.

Sahar Sayedy—Coordinator, Health & Wellbeing

Sahar is a dedicated public health professional with a strong background in community collaboration, program management, and equity-focused initiatives across global and Canadian settings. A Fulbright Scholar with a Master’s in Community Health Promotion, she has contributed to impactful projects with the World Health Organization and the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC). At IEC-BC, Sahar led national efforts to engage employers in newcomer integration, built evaluation frameworks for inclusion programs, and forged cross-sector partnerships. Her work consistently supported data-driven, community-informed solutions. Previously at WHO, she managed national disease surveillance systems, trained frontline health workers, and authored evidence-based policy reports. Sahar is passionate about advancing health equity through culturally responsive, community-centered approaches—grounded in research, evaluation, and systems thinking.

Isobel Goddard—Coordinator, Community Engagement

Isobel Goddard is the Community Engagement Coordinator for the North East Toronto Local Immigration Partnership (NET LIP), joining through our newest consortium partner, Catholic Crosscultural Services. Isobel is a strategic leader with a deep commitment to community impact, health equity, and collaborative problem solving. Prior to this, Isobel led the Toronto East Quadrant LIP (TEQ LIP) through several key accomplishments, including strengthening data-informed decision-making and embedding GBA+ principles into planning and evaluation. She also has previous experience as the TEQ LIP’s Health & Wellbeing Action Group, advancing inclusion for LGBTQ+ newcomers and racialized communities. In her experience as the lead for the Scarborough Newcomer Settlement Collective (SNSC), Isobel co-designed a participatory governance model with and for both service providers and newcomer communities. Isobel brings people together to navigate complex challenges and co-create long-term, equity-focused solutions through collaboration, strategy, and systems thinking.
