Toronto North LIP together with the Toronto East Quadrant LIP, invited executive leaders of 44 settlement and resettlement service providers in Toronto to a Community Consultation with Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada. The consultation included written responses to questions provided by IRCC as well as a robust discussion in a virtual meeting on November 8th, 2023. The consultation covered questions around SPOs internal capacities to respond to service gaps, improve service efficiency, and apply an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) lens to program design and delivery as well questions specific to targeted programming such as LINC, SWIS, RAP, I&O and FIP.
