Call for Research Participants – COVID-19 and Intimate Partner Violence

The University of Ottawa is recruiting research participants to complete a survey on COVID-19 lockdowns and its impact on survivor experience of intimate partner violence, as well as their access to services.

Who can participate? 
Individuals 18 years or older, experienced violence from an intimate partner during COVID-19 lockdowns (March 2020-June 2021), and are living in Ontario.  

What will participation involve? 
A 20 minute anonymous online survey with a total of 58 questions.
Responses are anonymous and will not be tied to anyone who answers the survey.  Privacy and anonymity will be protected.

Will participants be compensated? 
After submission of the survey, particpanst will be asked if they would like to have their name to be entered into a draw for one of five $50 Amazon.ca gift certificates. Note that contact information will not be linked to your anonymous survey data and will solely be used for the draw.
