Innovation, Technology & Digital Equity

Supporting newcomers in North East Toronto to independently and confidently access and navigate essential digital services.

Equity & Belonging

Advancing equitable systems, inclusive community engagement, and improved access to opportunities for newcomers and equity-deserving populations across North East Toronto.

The Needs and Assets Assessment and Referral Services (NAARS) Communities of Practice (CoP) are collaborative networks of organizations working together to strengthen how newcomers access settlement and community services across Ontario and Canada.
