This workgroup is a part of Toronto North Local Immigration Partnership. The workgroup is dedicated to building a regional newcomer health strategy and implementing projects and activities that promote creation of welcoming communities and successful newcomer settlement in Toronto North region through access to appropriate health services in the appropriate time.

TN LIP Health and Wellbeing Workgroup will be meeting on January 22nd, 2013; 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. at at Children's Aid Society of Toronto, at 20 De Boers (Allen Rd./Sheppard Ave. West).

On July 26, 2012 a group of newcomer service providers interested in collaboration on newcomer health issues in Toronto North came together to share past experiences (achievements and challenges) and discuss regional opportunities. Meeting Agenda attached.
